A special focus is laid on the issue of a socially just transformation. Large areas of employment currently do not meet the requirements for a climate-friendly life. Employment is an important lever for climate policy - as a factor of production and because it structures people's everyday lives to a significant extent. Individuals can only assume responsibility for living climate-friendly if the structural conditions of employment are changed.... view less
