Abstract

Central and South America, including Colombia, have a special condition in a scenario of global crisis, the first one is that they possess the natural resources required by the world to alleviate the crisis and the second one is that they are trying to consolidate a new progressive wave in the region, which promises to manage the crisis from a possible Latin American unity in the political and economic fields.

Centro y Sur América, allí Colombia, tienen una condición especial en un escenario de crisis global, la primera es que posee los recursos naturales que requiere el mundo para paliar la crisis y la segunda, es que intenta consolidarse una nueva ola progresista en la región que promete gestionar la crisis desde una posible unidad latinoamericana en los terrenos políticos y económicos.
