Derechos de los niños en el modelo occidental positivista de producción de conocimiento

Abstract

Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der Wahrnehmung von Alltagserleben. Ziel ist es, komplexe Prozesse wie die Organisation des Sozialen, die Ursprünge von Ungleichheit und Ungerechtigkeit sowie die individuelle und kollektive Teilhabe und Verantwortung in solchen Prozessen zu verstehen, wobei dem Umgang mit den Rechten von Kindern besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird. Die Identifikation des Wissen-Organisation-Identität-Subsystems, das menschliche Entwicklung vorantreibt, und dessen Verankerung in Philosophie, Physik und Biologie dient als konzeptueller Rahmen der Studie. Rückgreifend auf diesen Rahmen wird das westliche positivistische Modell der Wissensproduktion kritisiert, konkreter der Umgang mit Macht, die Rolle juristischer Subsysteme und das Ethikverständnis in diesem Modell. Danach werden die Rechte von Kindern unter einer umfassenderen Perspektive diskutiert, für die neue konzeptuelle Annäherungen erforderlich sind.

This paper is an exploration of the universal activity of perceiving daily experience. The aim is to understand complex processes such as the social organization, origins of inequality and injustice, and the individual and collective participation and responsibilities in such processes with special emphasis on children’s rights. The identification of the knowledge-organization-identity subsystem that propels human development and its background in philosophy, physics and biology served as the conceptual framework for this exploration. This framework was used for unfolding a critique of the Western positivistic model of knowledge production, based on the analysis of power, ethics, and legal subsystem roles. Subsequently, children’s rights are analyzed from a global perspective that demands the construction of new conceptual approaches.

Este artículo es una exploración sobre la actividad universal de percibir la experiencia diaria. Su objetivo es entender procesos complejos como la organización social, los orígenes de la desigualdad y la injusticia y la participación y responsabilidades sociales e individuales en tales procesos con especial énfasis en los derechos de los niños. La identificación del subsistema conocimiento-organización-identidad que impulsa el desarrollo humano y sus fundamentos en la filosofía, física y biología son el marco conceptual de tal exploración. Tal marco se usa para desplegar una crítica al modelo occidental positivista de producción de conocimiento, desde un análisis fundado en los roles del subsistema legal, de poder y ético. Consecuentemente, se analizan los derechos de los niños desde una perspectiva global que exige la construcción de nuevos enfoques conceptuales.
