We have thus discussed a few elements that together lead to better academic activities, and thus to a higher degree of quality in universities: The professional relationship between students and teachers, the resolution of harassment cases, or the avoidance of favoritism. I have therefore looked at the consequences of deviations from ethical principles in universities, and so I have come to the conclusion that such cases lead to the creation of a hostile academic environment where students cannot perform, they cannot express themselves freely and thus affect the overall quality of academic services. %C ROU %G en %9 Zeitschriftenartikel %W GESIS - http://www.gesis.org %~ SSOAR - http://www.ssoar.info
