%X The possibility of incorporation of the technologies of the information and the communication in the educational world is today a reality that puts of manifesto the formative lagoons that the educational as well as the pupils present on their/its/our/his use and consumption. The incorporation of the TICS in the development of the inclusive school must be a reality that surpass not only that aspect, also the imbalance existing between the advances of the TICS and the education. This paper intends be an attention call on both aspects and the relationship to the receivers last, teachers and pupils.
