Modi des Lernens in pädagogischen Organisationen: Theoretische Überlegungen, methodischer Zugang und empirische Befunde am Beispiel der Schule

Abstract

In diesem Artikel beschäftige ich mich mit der Frage nach den Ansatzpunkten und Dynamiken von Lernprozessen in und vor allem von pädagogischen Organisationen am Beispiel der Schule. Ausgehend von einer kurzen Diskussion etablierter Ansätze zur Bestimmung eines Lernens von Organisationen beziehe ich die Vorstellung der Organisation als Aktivitätssystem auf eine konzeptionelle Fassung von Schulorganisationen. Basierend auf dieser Heuristik stelle ich einen methodischen Zugang zur Analyse organisationaler Lernprozesse vor und präsentiere und diskutiere dann empirische Befunde, die auf der Analyse von Gruppendiskussionen und Expert*inneninterviews mit der dokumentarischen Methode basieren. In der Triangulation der Rekonstruktionen zu den Lernorientierungen und zur Positionierung im Aktivitätssystem Einzelschule von Lehrer*innen und dem Schulleiter einer Schule gerät ein organisationaler Modus des Lernens in den Blick.

In this article I deal with the question of starting points and dynamics of learning processes in pedagogical organizations using the example of schools. Starting with a brief discussion of established approaches to determine organizational learning, I use the idea of the organization as an activity system to outline a concept of school organizations. Based on this heuristic, I present a methodological approach to the analysis of organizational learning processes, and present and discuss empirical findings based on the analysis of group discussions and expert interviews using the documentary method. In the triangulation of the reconstruction of learning orientations of members of a single school organization (a group of teachers and the school's principal) and their positioning in the activity system of the school, an organizational mode of learning comes into view.
