Zunehmende Komplexität und Ungewissheit prägen die Arbeitswelt, Entwicklungen wie die Globalisierung und Digitalisierung setzen sie erheblichem Wandel aus. Als eine mögliche Ressource im Umgang mit Wandel und als Gestaltungsanforderung für Führung wird Vertrauen aufgeworfen. Dieser Beitrag berichtet über ein Dissertationsprojekt, das Vertrauen auch aus der und für die Führungsperspektive innerhalb von Organisationen konkretisiert. Hierfür wurden Interviewtranskripte anhand der Grounded Theory-Methodologie erneut analysiert, die in einem vorangegangenen Forschungsprojekt für eine inhaltsanalytische Auswertung erhoben worden waren. Am Beispiel ausgewählter Befunde werden in diesem Aufsatz die methodologisch-methodischen Besonderheiten herausgestellt, die diese Form der qualitativen Sekundäranalyse ohne Nachnutzungseinwilligung und in der Forschungshaltung der Grounded Theory-Methodologie begleiten.... view less

Increasing complexity and uncertainty are shaping the world of work; developments such as globalization and digitization are subjecting it to considerable change. One possible resource that is mobilized in the context of dealing with change and as a design requirement for leadership is trust. This article reports on a dissertation project that substantiates trust, amongst other things, from and for the leadership perspective within organizations. For this purpose, interview transcripts, collected in the previous project for a content-analytical evaluation, were reanalyzed using the Grounded Theory methodology. Based on selected findings, the methodological peculiarities of this qualitative secondary analysis are being discussed, in particular the lack of a data reuse consent and the research attitude of Grounded Theory methodology.... view less
