Fragmentación, condición fallida y despojo: el caso del estado mexicano en el siglo XXI

Abstract

This article considers and analyzes how fragmentation, failed condition, and dispossession are features of the current situation in the Mexican State. The analysis of this research, methodologically speaking, is based on the historic and documental revision and a reflection of the idea about the State, which has been theorized and discussed by Marxists authors, who link the state with the questionof dispossession, in the Mexican case. The conclusions are based on the following results: dispossession is the determinant feature situation of the State in Mexico, but which is applied to the rest of Latin America.

El presente artículo reflexiona y analiza como la fragmentación, la condición fallida y el despojo son rasgos de la situación actual del Estado mexicano. El análisis de este trabajo metodológicamente se basa en la revisión histórica, documental y en una reflexión de la idea sobre el Estado que ha sido teorizada y discutida por autores marxistas que vinculan lo estatal con la cuestión del despojo en el caso mexicano. Las conclusiones se fundamentan en los siguientes resultados obtenidos: el despojo es el rasgo determinante de la situación del Estado en México, pero que, también aplica en el resto de América Latina.
