Crisis del capital y movilizaciones sociales: herramientas desde América Latina para a la construcción de una paz sostenible en Colombia

Abstract

La idea de una Colombia que está construyendo paz en medio de la guerra, ha generado sentimientos encontrados y en constante tensión que van desde el escepticismo hasta la esperanza; siendo un aspecto más que sensible la negociación con la guerrilla de las FARC quien ha sido históricamente construido como el enemigo interno. Independientemente de las críticas levantadas contra el modelo de paz que está siendo discutido en la mesa de la Habana entre Gobierno Nacional y FARC, lo cierto es que el país ha iniciado la preparación para un escenario en posconflicto. Desde esta proyección, el presente artículo plantea como reflexión que la construcción de una paz duradera requiere el desmonte de la concepción del enemigo interno y el cambio de la actitud estatal de enfrentar los conflictos sociales desde la represión.

The idea of a Colombia that is building peace in the midst of war has generated mixed feelings and constant tension ranging from skepticism to hope; being a more than sensitive aspect the negotiation with the guerrilla of the FARC who has been historically constructed as the internal enemy. Regardless of the criticisms leveled against the peace model that is being discussed at the Havana table between the National Government and the FARC, the truth is that the country has begun preparing for a post-conflict scenario. From this projection, the present article raises as reflection that the construction of a lasting peace requires the dismantling of the conception of the internal enemy and the change of the state attitude of confronting social conflicts from repression.

Die Idee eines Kolumbiens, das inmitten des Krieges Frieden schafft, hat gemischte Gefühle und ständige Spannungen erzeugt, die von Skepsis bis zur Hoffnung reichen; ein mehr als sensibler Aspekt ist die Verhandlung mit der Guerilla der FARC, die historisch als der innere Feind konstruiert wurde. Ungeachtet der Kritik, die an dem Friedensmodell, das an der Havanna-Konferenz zwischen der Nationalregierung und der FARC diskutiert wird, gerügt wird, hat das Land tatsächlich begonnen, sich auf ein Post-Konflikt-Szenario vorzubereiten. Aus dieser Projektion geht der vorliegende Artikel als Reflexion hervor, dass die Konstruktion eines dauerhaften Friedens die Auflösung des Konzepts des inneren Feindes und die Veränderung der staatlichen Haltung, soziale Konflikte vor Repression zu schützen, erfordert.
