Methods: This is an integrative literature review performed in SCOPUS, CINAHL, LILACS and PUBMED databases. Results: After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample of eight articles was obtained as a result. Then, three categories emerged: Physical activity as an improvement to the quality of life of men with malignant neoplasms; Sexual functioning and marital status of the male population as factors for life quality; Self-esteem and well-being: determining factors for the quality of life of men with cancer. Conclusion: It was observed that studies focused on the male population with malignant neoplasms are insufficient and need attention to this understudied group. %C MISC %G en %9 journal article %W GESIS - http://www.gesis.org %~ SSOAR - http://www.ssoar.info
