Politische Kommunikation in sozialen Netzwerken wird wesentlich in Wahlkämpfen untersucht, vergleichende Analysen zwischen Wahlkampf und Alltag sind rar. Daher erfasst der Beitrag das dialogische Engagement von Regierungen vergleichend in Alltag und Wahlkampf im beliebtesten sozialen Netzwerk Facebook. Die Kommunikationsorientierung ist entweder distributiv, dialogisch oder reaktiv. Theoretisch basiert die Studie auf einem Modell der SNS-Kommunikation, das es ermöglicht, distributive, dialogische oder reaktive Kommunikationsorientierung voneinander abzugrenzen. Empirisch werden die Facebook-Auftritte dreier Regierungen (Deutschland, Österreich, Großbritannien) untersucht. Und zwar triangulativ: deskriptive Statistik und qualitative Exploration der Postings erfassen drei Zeiträume (Europawahlkampf 2014 und Vergleichszeiträume 2013 und 2015). Political communication in social networks is often analyzed in election campaigns, but seldom compared to routine communication. Thus, this research estimates the dialogical engagement of governments depending on time (routine or election). And this on the most popular social network, Facebook. The orientation of communication is either distributive, dialogical or reactive, which is differentiated by a model of SNS-communication that categorizes monologic-distributive and dialogical communication. The fan pages of three governments (Germany, Austria, Great Britain) are studied triangulative including statistics and qualitative exploration of posts and comments in three time periods (European election 2014, comparing periods in 2013 and 2015). Results show differences between election and routine communication with a higher activity in election campaigns and mainly a distributive orientation, sparse dialogical disposition.... view less
