The main purpose of the study, the results of which are presented in this publication were to identify barriers and potential of development of outplacement tools: diagnostic, training and consulting services among the companies of Podlasie region. In the first stage, the analysis of existing data from desk research was carried out. Then quantitative research (CATI) was performed and as a complement, qualitative research was conducted by using focus group interviews (FGI), and in-depth interviews (IDI). The CATI surveys among business leaders included 200 people, as in the studies, which was conducted among employees of the organizations that included 200 interviews. In addition, a 6 FGI among representatives of businesses and people working as psychologists, counselors and coaches, as well as employees of companies were conducted. 6 in-depth interviews (IDI) were carried out with representatives of labour market institutions and entrepreneurs.... view less
