Abstract

This article covers five most important points that are required from the indigenous movement in Cauca and about which attempts to unify the social movement in Colombia. This is because it is one of the strongest Mingas politically and organizationally, that are encouraging actions to enforce their rights through demonstrations, popular consultations, extensive meetings with national authorities and international and shows how the problems affecting indigenous peoples are structural and have survived for over 500 years in Colombia
