"Es wird ein allgemeines Modell der Kernelemente und -relationen von Kommunikation entwickelt. Auf dem Hintergrund dieses Modells wird die dyadische Kommunikation bei Freundschaften und in der Paarbeziehung betrachtet. Als nächstes werden ausgehend von einem Sender seine Selbstdarstellungsstrategien bei anderen Personen näher betrachtet. Schließlich wird die Interaktion und Kommunikation in kleinen Gruppen thematisiert. Dabei werden die Prozesse der Strukturbildung, der Anpassung, der Problemlösequalität, der Veränderung durch Moderationstechniken und der medialen Kommunikation beschrieben. Zum Abschluss wird auf die praktische Bedeutung der Ergebnisse für unseren Alltag hingewiesen." (Autorenreferat)... view less

A characterization of the strategies of self presentation for other people is given. Finally, the interaction and communication in small groups are presented, especially the processes of structuring, conformity, quality of problem solving, influence of group techniques and the use of media.
