This paper introduces the Corruption Emergence Model (CE Model), an artificial society-based simulation model of the corruption emergence. The model considers the attitude change as a generative mechanism. The attitude changes are described and simulated with a set of selforganizing processes which feed on each other in a cross-recurrent setup.
