Rassismus und Sexismus als Verflechtungsverhältnis - Feministische und rassismuskritische Perspektiven für eine kritische Erinnerungsbildung

Abstract

Der Beitrag entwickelt einen theoretisch-konzeptionellen Zugang für ein Verständnis von Rassismus und Sexismus als Verflechtungsverhältnis. Davon ausgehend werden kritisch-reflexive Impulse für eine feministische und rassismuskritische Erinnerungsbildung vorgestellt. Mit Fokus auf Rassismus und Sexismus wird dafür ein Verständnis von Intersektionalität entwickelt, das symbolisch-diskursive und materielle Dimensionen der Ungleichheit als Beziehungsverhältnisse zwischen Nähe/Distanz sowie Ein- und Ausschluss konzeptualisiert. Am Beispiel der sog. Gastarbeit werden diese Überlegungen exemplarisch verdeutlicht. Mit besonderem Fokus auf erfahrungsbezogenes Wissen feministischer und rassismuskritischer Perspektiven werden abschließend Impulse für eine entsprechende Erinnerungsbildung formuliert.

The article develops a theoretical-conceptual approach for understanding the relationship between racism and sexism as an interlocking relationship. Based on this, critical-reflexive impulses for a feminist and critical anti-racist remembrance education are presented. With a focus on racism and sexism, an understanding of intersectionality is developed that conceptualizes symbolic-discursive and material dimensions of inequality as relationships of proximity/distance as well as inclusion/exclusion. These considerations are illustrated using the example of so-called guest workers. With a special focus on the experiential knowledges of feminist and racism-critical perspectives, impulses for a corresponding remembrance education are then formulated.
