Workers who are unhappy with their jobs may intentionally cut back on their dedication. Because workers are an organisation's engine room, their job discontent can also negatively impact the company's functioning. Federal Capital Development Authority Abuja is used as a case study to explore the relationship between worker performance and job happiness. Data was acquired from primary and secondary sources for the previously described rationale. The participants were given 400 questionnaires, and 320 were successfully returned. The research analysis was built around these findings. Ordinary least square regression was the statistical technique used to analyse the data. This study also used broad observations and in-person interviews as information sources. The study's findings demonstrated a linear relationship between job satisfaction (type of work, job reward, and job security) and employee morale, a performance proxy for workers. According to the letter, workers are dissatisfied with the conditions under which the company employs them.
