The Spanish State does not recognize, then, the capacity of being subjects of the Catalan population. The former does not engage in dialogue with the latter, but it imposes policies and it expects obedience. The Catalan political representatives do not recognize the Catalan population as subjects, since they decide for them. However, in turn, they are not recognized either as subjects by the Spanish State. Thus, the attitude that, in my view, must be taken by pro-independence and sovereignty is the one adopted by Jordi Cuixart in his appearance in the referendum trial: disobeying and disobeying as many times as it takes.... view less

El estado español no reconoce la capacidad de ser sujetos de la población catalana. No dialoga con ella, sino que impone políticas y espera obediencia. Los representantes políticos catalanes, tampoco reconoce a la población catalana como sujetos, ya que decide por ellos, pero a su vez ellos tampoco son reconocidos como sujetos por el estado español. Así pues, la actitud que a mi entender ha de seguir el independentismo y el soberanismo es el que marcó Jordi Cuixart en su comparecencia en el juicio del referéndum: desobedecer y volver a desobedecer las veces que haga falta.... view less
