Der Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die bisher von der Arbeitssoziologie vernachlässigte Verbindung des Wandels der Arbeitsteuerung mit der Durchsetzung eines kybernetischen Paradigmas in den letzten Jahrzehnten aufzuzeigen. Demnach hat die Kybernetik nicht nur zur Entwicklung und Verbreitung neuer Kommunikations- und Informationstechnologien beigetragen, sondern ebenso die Konstitution einer Cyborg Science angeregt, welche das Verständnis von humaner Subjektivität grundlegend veränderte. Insbesondere die mit der Subjektivierung von Arbeit verbundene Genese neuer Formen der Selbststeuerung kann auch als Resultat dieses Paradigmenwechsel interpretiert werden. Derzeit zeichnet sich, wie der Beitrag deutlich macht, infolge der Nutzung der Social Media eine neue Stufe des Wandels der Arbeitssteuerung im Sinne einer Kybernetisierung 2.0 ab.... view less

The article aims to demonstrate how changes in the control of work have been achieved through the enforcement of a cybernetic paradigm in the last decade. Such a cybernetic approach not only promotes the development and the dissemination of new communication and information technologies, but equally it has led to the creation of a cyborg-science. This in turn has fundamentally changed our understanding of the subjective nature of human beings. In particular, the genesis of new forms of self-control, which is connected with the so called "subjectification of work", can be considered a result of this paradigm shift.
