Open Government (og) is considered a cutting-edge proposal for government reform and promotion of democracy. There are also bureaucratic resistances, ignorance, and disinterest of citizens to participate, as well as interpersonal distrust and towards the government. All of this conforms an unfavorable scenario for the development of an og in Mexico in the short term.... weniger
