"Weiterbildung ist in Unternehmen heute unverzichtbar, weil sich anders die Bewältigung
immer kürzer werdender Innovationszyklen durch das Personal gar nicht bewerkstelligen
lässt. Ein immer rigider eingesetztes Bildungscontrolling sorgt aus Sicht der Unternehmen
gleichzeitig dafür, dass sich Bildungsmaßnahmen dabei strikt im Rahmen einer lohnenden
Investition halten. Konflikte zwischen betriebswirtschaftlichem Kalkül und pädagogischen
Ansprüchen sind so jedoch vorprogrammiert. Die vorliegende Fallstudienanalyse
sucht nach Hinweisen, wie ein professionelles Weiterbildungsmanagement heute

"Enterprises today look on continuing education as a necessity, because increasingly short
innovation cycles make it impossible to keep staff up to speed in any other way. At the
same time, increasingly rigid implementation of education controlling ensures that
education and training adhere strictly to the criteria of a profitable investment. As a result,
entirely predictable conflicts arise between business cost-benefit analysis and educational
aspirations. This case study analysis sets out to identify the necessary elements of a
professional continuing education management system designed to meet and balance both
