"Dieser Aufsatz gibt zunächst einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Konzepte und Ergebnisse der organisationspsychologischen und -soziologischen Gerechtigkeitsforschung, soweit sie Arbeitsbeziehungen zum Gegenstand haben. Da sich die bisherige Forschung vorwiegend auf Konflikte zwischen dem einzelnen Beschäftigten und dem Unternehmen konzentriert, wird daran anschließend ein konzeptioneller Vorschlag zur Analyse kollektiver Industrieller Beziehungen unterbreitet. Demnach sollten Gerechtigkeitsprobleme auf den vier arbeitspolitischen Ebenen der Gesetzgebung, der Tarifpolitik, der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung sowie der Arbeitsgruppe auf dem shop floor analysiert werden." "The article presents the main concepts and empirical results of justice research within the Psychology and Sociology of Organizations concerning labor relations. As contemporary research solely focuses on conflicts between the individual worker and the firm, a collective perspective is developed. It is argued that conflicts of justice should be analyzed on the four industrial relations levels: Legislation, collective bargaining, co-determination, and work group on the shop floor."
